Shipping, Cancellation, and Refund Policy for Webinars and Live Classes

Shipping Policy:

As webinars and live classes are digital products, there is no physical shipping involved. All necessary information, including access links and materials, will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during the registration process. Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their email address to receive timely updates and access details.



Cancellation Policy:

Participant Cancellation:
- Participants may cancel their registration for a webinar or live class, subject to the
  following conditions:
- Full Refund: If cancelled within 5 days prior to the scheduled event.
- Partial Refund: If cancelled within 3 days prior to the scheduled event.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 1 day of the scheduled event will not be
  eligible for a refund.



Organizer Cancellation:
- In the event that the organizer cancels a webinar or live class for any reason,
  participants will be notified as soon as possible.
- Participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer their
  registration to a rescheduled event.



Refund Policy:

Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will only be issued to participants who cancel within the specified
  timeframe outlined in the cancellation policy.
- Refunds are not applicable to participants who fail to attend the webinar or live
  class without prior cancellation.



Refund Process:
- To request a refund, participants must contact support@coeyezinternational.com
  with their registration details and reason for cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation
  request.



Technical Issues:
- In the event of technical difficulties preventing a participant from accessing the
  webinar or live class, the organizer will make reasonable efforts to resolve the
  issue.
- If technical issues persist and prevent participation, participants may be eligible
  for a full or partial refund at the discretion of the organizer.
